About The Position

The Receptionist/Office Assistant is the first point of contact for RSCS and plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. This position supports our team and executive leadership by providing friendly customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities throughout the day
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Basic computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • QuickBooks experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism
  • Greet visitors and assist with basic questions and direction
  • Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage office supplies and help keep common areas clean and organized
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Help support executive leadership with day-to-day requests as assigned
