Requirements

  • Strict adherence to all confidentiality and privacy guidelines/regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Office 365/Teams is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily administration of the office while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to appropriate team members, maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Distribute updates to necessary team members.
  • Process assigned reports for management and clients, requiring knowledge of Excel.
  • Handle outgoing and return mail and process medical records requests.
  • Assign job tasks as necessary and coordinate employee appraisals.
  • Compute weekly audits for team members and communicate with providers/clients as needed.
  • Coordinate employee timecards and time off requests with management.
