Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with common office equipment and applications including Multi-Line Telephone System, Copy Machines, Scanners, Postage Machines, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and common web browsers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Greet, direct, and assist clients and visitors.
  • Manage and maintain conference rooms and their calendars.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Order and stock office supplies.
  • Make daily court and bank runs.
