The company operates 15 showrooms and 3 outlet centers across Florida, providing a unique and innovative shopping experience for home furnishings. The Receptionist position at the Naples Showroom is a full-time role that plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in both English and Spanish, to effectively assist a diverse customer base. The Receptionist will also support the leadership team and sales associates with various clerical tasks, ensuring that the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to anticipate and meet customer needs.
