About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, manage incoming calls, and support our sales and service teams with excellent administrative skills. Requirements

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience (dealership experience is a plus but not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficient with computers and basic office equipment (phone systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to work Saturdays (typical dealership schedule)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• dealership experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all customers and visitors entering the dealership in person
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Determine the purpose of each visit or call and route customers to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, etc.)
• Schedule service appointments and assist with basic customer inquiries
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area
• Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times to help build long-term relationships
• Support the team with additional clerical duties as needed
