Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient check-in and guide them through required paperwork.
• Answer phones with a professional and compassionate demeanor, directing calls and inquiries appropriately.
• Skillfully schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar to optimize patient access and provider efficiency.
