About The Position

As a Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will serve as the welcoming face and initial point of contact for residents, families, and guests. This role involves creating a safe and inviting environment while performing various administrative and customer service tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a friendly demeanor and a passion for exceptional customer service and hospitality.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems and experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Friendly, approachable, and hospitality-focused attitude with professional telephone etiquette.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
• Answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and direct all inbound calls to the appropriate person.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, offer assistance, and provide residents and guests with information about community events, activities, and local amenities.
• Monitor community access, manage sign-in kiosks, and ensure that safety protocols are followed to promote a safe environment.
• Schedule transportation, manage meal and event reservations, coordinate package deliveries, and handle maintenance work orders in our electronic system.
