Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Services experience required.
• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive the patient and direct them to the services needed.
• Make appointments and preliminary assessment category of payment for patients before provider can see them.
• Make patient appointments and follow up appointments.
