About The Position

Millennium Chiropractic Sports Medicine & Rehab is seeking a full-time receptionist for a busy clinic of five chiropractors. Duties include, but are not limited to: checking patients in, obtaining and entering all demographic information as well as insurance information and benefits, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. As the first line of communication with our patients, professional attitude and appearance are a must. Candidates should be excellent at multitasking, have strong communication skills and attention to detail, be friendly and compassionate, and be able to not only perform well but also maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment. Starting pay is $15/hour, please note if you are bilingual in Spanish to obtain bilingual starting pay information. Full-time employees are eligible to receive Monthly Incentive Bonus after 90-days of employment. Bonuses are based on clinic productivity and can range from 10%-20% of monthly pay. More details will be provided during interview. Applicants must be able to work 36-40 hours per week. If only able to work part-time hours, please do not apply. Employees are scheduled to work 36-40 hours per week, shifts are scheduled during the following clinic hours: Monday: 7:15am-12:15pm, 1:15pm-6:00pm Tuesday: 7:15am-12:15pm, 1:15pm-6:00pm Wednesday: 7:15am-6:00pm Thursday: 7:15am-12:15pm, 1:15pm-6:00pm Friday: 7:15am-1:00pm If scheduled for morning shift, employee must arrive by 7:15am. If scheduled for afternoon shift, employee must be available to work until 6:00pm. The standard educational requirement for receptionist is a high school diploma, and candidates will also be required to complete on-the-job training. Employment offers are contingent upon completion of satisfactory background check.   • Operate computer to generate patient fee tickets and labels; attached tickets to patient chart and deliver patient to proper location
