We are currently hiring for a RECEPTIONIST/BUDTENDER position for multiple dispensaries in Denver. Denco, LLC is an established and expanding Medical and Recreational Marijuana Center and Grow, seeking full-time receptionists/budtenders. We are looking for energetic individuals who are outgoing, personable, reliable, loyal, a team player, and a fast learner. The ideal candidate must have dependable transportation as they may possibly work at multiple locations. Our hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Candidates must be able to work 12-hour shifts up to three days a week and a half day. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess an MED Employee Badge. Responsible Vendor Training Certification is a plus. As a Receptionist/Budtender, you will be responsible for welcoming each person entering the dispensary with a warm, friendly greeting. You will handle patient check-ins and ID checks, both at the front desk and again before purchase. You will be responsible for all money and inventory on the sales floor or in the designated POS system. This includes checking in primary patients and Denco's customers in the POS, ensuring that medical patients' paperwork is filed and entered into the POS properly, and adhering to Denco's cash handling policies and procedures. You will assist with daily inventory audit procedures, complete daily checklists, and maintain the appearance of the store, including daily opening and closing duties. Additionally, you will be expected to make proper recommendations based on your experience with the products sold, adhere to operational guidelines and standards, and comply with all safety, security, and MED compliance policies. Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events is crucial to keep the store operating at a high standard, and you must be able to work as part of a team. You will also be responsible for maintaining current and accurate store records of patient data, MED compliance, and other data as directed, along with any other duties as assigned.
