Saber Power Services is seeking a professional, dedicated individual with a positive outlook for an Operations Support Admin position in our Rosharon office. Position Summary: Working under the supervision of the Field Services Senior Business Operations Manager, the Receptionist/Assistant Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Field Service management team with project take off, tracking projects, client requests, timekeeping, administrative functions and improving processes/procedures as well as serving as the receptionist for our Rosharon office. The Receptionist/Assistant Project Controls Specialist will perform a variety of technical, general and clerical administrative services. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department’s goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner. The Receptionist/Assistant Project Controls Specialist must also possess a solid knowledge of privacy record keeping laws, and have the integrity and discipline needed to ethically oversee and effectively maintain the confidentiality of vital records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Must be able to always maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of Saber by answering, screening and transferring phone calls and greeting clients and visitors
  • Assist with first day onboarding experience for new hires
  • Order food/arrange conference rooms for meetings
  • Maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing reception area
  • Support Procurement and Asset team with purchase order creation and invoice tracking
  • Support Field Services Project Controls team with client time & equipment systems (i.e., TRACK, AES, CCM, CAMPS, MESCH, etc.)
  • Gathering of project documentation (i.e., timesheets, expenses, invoices, etc.)
  • Submission of badge requests, per diem documentation, etc. to clients
  • Time reconciliation
  • Track, invoice and create certificates for external training classes
  • All other tasks as assigned by manager
