About The Position

Part Time Concierge / Receptionist (Sunday and Monday from 7:00am to 3:00pm plus as needed for coverage). Looking for our next all-star employee with receptionist, customer service, computer and assisted living experience. Requirements

• Receptionist experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Computer skills.
• Experience in assisted living.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to function as a team member.
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and referral to residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a positive, service-oriented manner.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Perform basic clerical skills including typing, filing, and light bookkeeping.
• Work in an environment with multiple interruptions.
• Maintain a pleasant nature and a willingness to work with the elderly.
