Under the supervision of the Tradition Campus Business Services Director, this role answers incoming calls, greets visitors, assists students with various supportive needs, and manages reception desk. This role will also assist the Financial Aid and Business Offices to complete daily tasks and assist students with accounts. Assists the university in implementing the Statement of Purpose. Assists the university in implementing the long-range institutional and financial plans. Greets and assist guests on the Tradition Campus. Answers incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate office. Assists with campus mail delivery by placing incoming mail in faculty and staff mailboxes each day and with preparing mail to be sent to the Hattiesburg campus Provides front-line support for the Financial Aid and Business Offices by answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries as needed. Assists the Financial Aid Counselor and the Business Office Coordinator in responding to student account questions and resolving routine student inquiries as needed. Assists with program goals and objectives; prepare and submit relevant reports when necessary. Consults with faculty and other staff to assist students in academic/student services or other areas as needed. Participates in campus events and represent the university to prospective students. Participates in an annual evaluation. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel
