About The Position

The Administrative Services Assistant at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Bath is responsible for performing receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties. This role is crucial in ensuring resident and family satisfaction through tact, sensitivity, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient PC skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and ability to operate a switchboard.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative duties to support the operations of the memory care facility.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for residents and their families.
