About The Position

UTA seeks a Reception Supervisor to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors within our vibrant entertainment environment in Los Angeles. Our receptionist will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service to guests, clients and employees. This individual will oversee front desk operations and assist with correspondence and light administrative tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $25 to $30 per hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience working in a high-volume work environment
• Previous experience in a reception, hostess or related role preferred
• Possess professionalism and friendly, team player personality
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in multi-tasking
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Resourceful and well organized

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a reception, hostess or related role preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors as they arrive and alert appropriate parties of said arrival
• Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain security by following procedures for external guests
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate person
• Update and manage daily visitor log
• Provide key cards to all new hires when they arrive on their 1st day to the office
• Assist guests for all in-house events when required
• Report any workplace services related repairs/requests for the 1st floor to the Workplace Services team
• Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
