About The Position

The Reception Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) to ensure excellent patient service and care delivery. This full-time role involves managing staff, scheduling, compliance with regulations, and participating in community outreach events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or applicable experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and supervise the daily operations of the PSR department.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees.
• Work with manager/director and HR to develop performance plans as needed.
• Plan ahead to anticipate the scheduling needs of the PSR department and send out a weekly schedule to all staff.
• Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct yearly reviews and discuss compensation with staff.
• Complete all payroll processes as needed in Ultipro including leave of absences and time off requests.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events.
