About The Position

Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Reception Host & Driver, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests’ belongings will ensure that our guests Feel Welcome as soon as they arrive.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License in good standing required
• 21 Years of age or older with 5+ years of driving experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
• We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in guest services department preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing safe and comfortable shuttle transportation to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports.
• Ensuring timely delivery of Guests’ luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property.
• Providing personalized room orientations in a warm and professional manner.
• Delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Attending scheduled departmental meetings.
• Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative and helpful manner.
• Following all departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a welcoming presence in the Reception Area as an ambassador of the property and brand.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
