About The Position

Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is growing and looking for an experienced Receptionist / Service Dispatcher to help keep our plumbing and HVAC service operations running smoothly.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who brings calm to the chaos, takes ownership of scheduling and dispatch, and knows how to keep technicians and customers aligned throughout the day.

Requirements

• Prior plumbing or HVAC office experience required
• Dispatcher or service coordinator experience preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred
• Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar software also acceptable
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable handling a fast-moving service schedule
• Being highly organized and a control freak (in the best way) is exactly what makes a great service receptionist, CSR, or dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
• Adjust schedules as jobs change or field issues come up
• Coordinate parts, return visits, and next steps when needed
• Keep customer information accurate and classify calls correctly in ServiceTitan
• Handle customer questions with professionalism and empathy
• Set clear payment expectations and support follow-up when needed
• Keep the day organized, prioritize urgent calls, and stay calm under pressure
