About The Position

Receptionist/Administrator Responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phones, providing information, and directing people to the appropriate staff or resources.

Responsibilities

  • Answering Phones: Answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing voicemail, and taking messages.
  • Providing Information: Answering basic questions about the organization, its programs, and services, and providing referrals to other resources.
  • General Office Support: Performing tasks such as sorting mail, managing the reception area, and providing support to other staff members.
