We are currently looking for an Associate Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects from concept through completion while being an integral part of a dynamic, creative team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, or interior design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Strong design skills, both graphically and architecturally
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (or other BIM software), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of each phase of the design process along with related production and documentation required for each phase
• Self-motivated to stay on task in a flexible work environment
• Familiarity with construction details and fabrication (construction industry experience is a bonus)
• Positive attitude and good sense of humor

Responsibilities

• Preparation of design documents, proposals, presentations, and construction documents
• Assistance with Construction Administration, including on-site visits and coordination with contractors
• Communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless project coordination
• Organization of all project-related documentation throughout the design and construction process
• Support for general office organization and project-related tasks
