Our Receiving Team: Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables. Inspect incoming freight for damage and correct quantity. Document receipt of damaged items, and discrepancies between items received and items listed on purchase order. Process returns of pillows, rehab equipment, and orthotics. Store items in the proper location in the warehouse. Process bills of lading, packing slip and inventory for all items into Netsuite. Collaborates and communicates with other departments involved in the shipment and receipt of products. Perform cycle counts and make appropriate inventory adjustments in Netsuite. Pulling, packaging, and loading items securely for outgoing shipments. Pull, log, issue, and delivery materials to outsource vendors and other inter-company departments. Process footwear orders, pull from warehouse and deliver to appropriate area. Sweep and clean work area daily. Ensure all work performed meets company standards for quality. Perform other job tasks within the lab proficiently, as directed by the Supply Chain Manager. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED, required.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Visual accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and retain new information.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Forklift and man lift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptable.

Nice To Haves

  • ERP experience highly preferred
