About The Position

The position involves working in a warehouse environment, focusing on the movement of raw materials to the production floor, as well as handling shipping and receiving tasks. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and proper documentation of all processes. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and staging areas, ensuring accurate inventory management, and preparing products for shipping as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Forklift License required.
  • Microsoft Office computer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Moves raw material from the warehouse to the production floor.
  • Unloads and loads raw materials, scrap, etc. per TM ISO procedures.
  • Maintains housekeeping in the Receiving warehouse and staging area.
  • Prepares product for shipping as needed (sample materials, UPS/FedEx, returns, etc.).
  • Responsible for paperwork for shipping of items listed above.
  • Responsible for receiving product and raw materials into the warehouse accurately and following procedures.
  • Assists with physical inventory and cycle counts on assigned frequencies.
  • Daily management of staging area to include: Product returned to staging area from production floor after a change-over is tagged/stored correctly.
  • Accurate tracking of pack and pallet trailer inventories/locations.
  • Maintain target inventory levels in staging area to prevent any shutdowns on the production floor.
  • Complete silo counter readings and log silo inventory levels as needed.
  • Follow safety regulations by completing and documenting the daily forklift inspections.
  • Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and performing all duties safely about fellow employees and yourself.
  • Verify bulk resin samples against standards and store retains as needed.
  • Verify all seals from resin deliveries and sign for daily bulk deliveries per TM ISO procedure.
  • Accept and sign for UPS/FedEx/Other deliveries and store in proper location for safe-keeping.
