Summary: Responsible for operations associated with inbound and outbound shipments and supporting the warehouse supervisors and leads. Duties: Accurately schedule all inbound and/or outbound freight shipments. Accurately document all inbound and/or outbound shipments. Assist the Supervisor and/or Lead with maintaining flow of containers/orders on the floor. Assist on the warehouse floor with breakdown and wrapping of pallets, labeling, unloading/loading trucks, etc. Identify mistakes before they are received and/or shipped and record errors to drive continuous improvement. Ensure documentation of processes and procedures are up to date. Work with Supply Chain on shipments that have overages and shortages. Create labels for international and/or domestic shipments as needed. Accurately create export documents for international shipments. Create packing lists for customer orders and transfer orders. Assist with order processing. Assist with receiving inbound shipments. Assist with daily Cash orders. Complete international shipping docs and consolidations. Maintain WMS. Other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of related job experience preferred. RF handheld experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for a prolonged period. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms above should height and below the waist.
