About The Position

The Receiving Specialist at Young Automotive Group is responsible for receiving, categorizing, and preparing inventory in the Wholesale Parts Warehouse. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction within the dealership. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and effective communication are valued.

Requirements

• Demonstrated stable work history with good references.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to be on feet for multiple hours.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Previous receiving and/or parts experience is extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

• Package acceptance and maintain associated paperwork with accuracy.
• Process pickup, delivery, and distribution of incoming freight and shipments.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of products from distribution centers and other stores.
• Coordinate delivery of other dealer freight.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in moving product from one location to another.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership.
