About The Position

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling
  • Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, and material specifications
  • Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through
  • Clear, respectful communication with cross‑functional teams
  • Forklift certification and experience (or ability to recertify)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, or packing environments
  • Familiarity with semiconductor components or O‑rings
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S practices
  • Experience with inventory control or cycle counting

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and material specifications
  • Identify discrepancies or non‑conforming materials and communicate promptly with Purchasing and Quality teams
  • Accurately enter receiving data into ERP and warehouse systems
  • Label, tag, stage, and move materials to appropriate storage, quarantine, or Quality Inspection areas
  • Safely unload trucks using approved equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to support audits, traceability, and ISO compliance
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized receiving area aligned with 5S and lean practices
  • Partner with Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and QI teams to ensure material availability
  • Communicate delays, shortages, or urgent needs clearly and proactively
  • Follow all safety, PPE, and material‑handling protocols
