  • Experience receiving high SKU counts (200+ SKUs) and high-volume inbound operations.
  • Strong math skills for pallet configuration, SKU counts, and label verification.
  • Ability to read warehouse maps, racking layouts, and pallet location guides (including Clean Nutra’s 3,528-pallet configuration).
  • 3–5 years in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or dock lead roles.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer, 3PL, or high-volume ecommerce environments.
  • Proven track record of 98%+ inventory accuracy and clean documentation.
  • Experience with FDA-regulated, GMP, or food/supplement facilities strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA forklift certification
  • GMP or food-safety handling certification
  • RF scanning or WMS training credentials
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, counts, PO logs)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily receiving activities: unloading, pallet breakdown, verification, staging, and documentation.
  • Review and reconcile BOLs, packing lists, ASNs, and POs with high accuracy.
  • Verify SKU counts, lot numbers, and labeling requirements for supplement products.
  • Immediately flag discrepancies, damages, shortages, or compliance issues.
  • Ensure timely and efficient staging for QA review and put-away.
  • Execute receiving tasks using the warehouse's WMS (Fishbowl, ShipHero, SKUVault, ShipBob, or similar).
  • Use RF scanners for real-time receiving, put-away, and system updates.
  • Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance investigations.
  • Perform lot tracking, FIFO rotation, expiration checks, and documentation for GMP compliance.
  • Support inventory audits and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
  • Adhere to FDA, GMP, and food-grade handling requirements for supplements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant receiving zone.
  • Follow all OSHA safety procedures; ensure proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Keep receiving logs, inspections, and compliance documentation current.
  • Partner daily with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Fulfillment on inbound scheduling and inventory readiness.
  • Communicate delays, shortages, damages, or quality issues immediately.
  • Represent receiving in operational updates and team meetings.
  • Provide clear updates on receiving throughput and priorities during high-volume weeks.
  • Lead a small team of receivers, temps, or dock associates.
  • Train team members on SOPs, safety standards, scanning workflows, pallet handling, and documentation.
  • Set productivity & accuracy expectations; monitor and coach performance.
  • Uphold a steady, calm, and organized environment during peak inbound periods.
