Receiving Lead Location: Houston, TX (near George Bush Intercontinental Airport) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Position Summary The Receiving Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate receiving and putaway of ATMs and related components within the warehouse. This role supports daily inbound operations, ensures compliance with receiving procedures, and acts as a key liaison between warehouse leadership, inventory control, technical operations, and external service providers. The Receiving Lead plays a hands‑on role in training team members, coordinating resources, and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior warehouse receiving or logistics experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to pass all required background screening and pre‑employment checks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Warehouse Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily receiving activities to ensure timely receipt of ATMs and parts.
  • Monitor inbound shipment reports to prepare for large deliveries, special projects, and one‑off shipments.
  • Lead daily team huddles to communicate assignments, priorities, and address operational roadblocks.
  • Train and support team members on new processes, procedures, and system updates.
  • Ensure all required resources (equipment, staffing, documentation) are available to complete receiving activities efficiently.
  • Oversee the receiving and check‑in of deinstalled ATMs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Accurately complete and maintain all required receiving documentation.
  • Scan, distribute, and retain documentation for cross-functional partners as needed.
  • Assist the Inventory Control team with cycle counts and inventory‑related tasks.
  • Coordinate the release of parts requested for outbound shipments as required.
  • Communicate frequently with Warehouse Operations, Technical Operations, and Inventory Control leadership on project updates and non-routine requests.
  • Maintain professional relationships with external vendors and service partners to support technical and operational needs.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and compliance requirements.
