Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience.
  • 3 years of inventory experience.
  • 3 years of warehouse experience.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of supervisory experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • IPFS experience.
  • Warehouse / Inventory system experience.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Lean six sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbounds operations and inventory systems.
  • Oversee receiving and inventory teams to ensure successful operations.
  • Execute routine operations of assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.
  • Ensure daily inventory accuracy through strong communication with multiple teams.
  • Partner with department managers to meet customer specifications and timelines.
  • Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations for distribution processes across multiple departments and shifts.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports, instilling company core values and guiding principles.
  • Make personnel decisions related to performance and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
  • Perform tasks alongside team members as needed.
