Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 0–3 years in a quality inspection or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Familiarity with mechanical/electronic components and manufacturing environments
  • Must be able to adapt to new inspection tools and processes
  • Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods
  • Willingness to attend off-site training for certification maintenance (if required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections in compliance with key procedures and standards, including: OD-QA-206(CH) – Inspection and Testing OD-QA-208(CH) – Control of Non-Conforming Product OD-QA-211(CH) – Product Identification & Traceability OD-QA-214(CH) – Quality Records DI-QA-205 – Receiving Inspection Operation Sheet (RIOS) DI-QA-206(CH) – Age Sensitive Control Procedure Form #842 – Supplier Quality Requirements 2-700199 – PS/EMC Workmanship Standard
  • Use RIOS and Visual Inspection Plans to perform dimensional and visual inspections independently.
  • Interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Operate precision measuring instruments, including optical comparators.
  • Generate and verify Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Surveillance Audits as required.
  • Maintain flexibility to support various production areas as assigned.
  • Support overtime requirements as scheduled by FFM or Supervisor.
