Requirements

1+ years of operations experience preferred
Strong business acumen and retail industry knowledge preferred
Strong ability to coach and influence without direct authority
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
Enjoys independent work in a team atmosphere
Prefers routine work processes
Willing to go above and beyond when needed
Communicates professionally with customers and team
Collaborative and customer-centric
Willing to go above and beyond when needed
Live an active lifestyle

Responsibilities

Unload and load delivery truck(s)
Manage and monitor daily carrier pick-up (FEDEX and UPS)
Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions
Work schedule will be based upon the demands of the business. In a typical week, this position will work 5 days out of the distribution center including some weekends
Occasional off-site work is required
