The Receiving Forklift reports to the Receiving Supervisor and is responsible for following directions provided through training, paperwork and RF scan guns in order to:
Receive and Check in material
Unload freight
Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday
(Must be able to work OT and Weekends)
Location: Walton, KY

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
• Ability to use an RF scan gun
• 2+ years WMS experience
• Forklift certification (Sit Down, Stand Up, Pallet Jack)
• A minimum of High School diploma
• Skilled in Warehousing and Food Manufacturing / Distribution environment a plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Warehouse and Raw Material teams
• Use/Operate necessary machinery (i.e. Forklift)
• Receive product into the warehouse
• Check product for damage or leakers
• Review and check orders being received
• Assist Raw Materials put Material away in proper locations
• Communicate daily with co-workers
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Maintain area cleanliness
• Follow safety procedures
• Other duties, as assigned
