About The Position

Graham Technologies is seeking a Receiving/Distribution Specialist responsible for receiving, processing, tracking, and distributing government property while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient warehouse operations.
The selected candidate will support end-to-end warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory control, property accountability, and order fulfillment. This role requires strict adherence to government standards, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while optimizing storage, handling, and distribution processes to support mission requirements.
Location: Springfield, VA

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years total experience
• At least 2-4+ years specialized experience in warehouse, receiving, or distribution operations
• High School Diploma
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Forklift certification
• Warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and compliance

• DoD / IC / Federal programs
• Associate or Bachelors' degree Logistics or related field
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• OSHA/safety certifications
• Certified Logistics Technician (CLT)
• WMS, ERP, RFID, 3PL systems

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Perform inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Process distribution orders (pick, pack, ship)
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
• Support audits and discrepancy resolution
