About The Position

This position is accountable for the safe and efficient receiving, unloading and storage of all products, including adherence to first-in, first-out inventory methods, to ensure inventory accuracy and product freshness. This position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment opportunities, depending upon skills, abilities, and work habits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma/GED
• Ability to maintain a high level of continual alertness in the work environment

Responsibilities

• Implement approved Company programs and policies
• Safely execute accurate unloading, rotation and storage of all products on a timely manner
• Assist with completing the loading of each truck’s refrigerated items (such as kegs)
• Learn to read and use the product coding for product freshness
• Assist others on the warehouse team in moving product as necessary
• Work closely with entire warehouse team to learn the skills and work habits needed to be successful
• Practice safe lifting and pulling techniques
• Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night
