In this position you will: Maintain accurate records of incoming materials, including data entry, tracking product orders, and updating internal systems Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply issues Inspect and verify received materials, identifying and escalating any missing or damaged items Serve as a key liaison between vendors, service departments, and internal teams to support smooth project execution Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and order tracking systems to provide visibility into inventory and job status
