ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive incoming materials and verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders. Inspect and record the condition of received goods. Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve any discrepancies in deliveries. Organize and manage inventory, including the shelving and tagging of materials. Distributes stock to the appropriate departments. Collaborate with Security for receiving gaming equipment and supplies. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers and freight carriers. Maintain detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures, Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations, and various federal and state regulations, including any changes in regulations. Maintain alertness for the performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of casino operations at all times. Keeps their supervisor informed of any concerns. Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience working in a warehouse or in a receiving position is preferred. Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from High School or Equivalent. Demonstrated experience working in a similar receiving, shipping, or warehouse position is preferred.
