About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Receiving Warehouse Clerk to join our 1st Shift team in Arden, NC. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving raw materials, and supporting our warehouse operations. What We Do: Arcadia is a people-first organization. Arcadia Beverage has over 80 years of beverage co-packing experience, and we are a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse operations.
Ability to work safely in a wet, noisy, and non-temperature-controlled environment.
Forklift certification or willingness to train.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
A self-starter with strong prioritization skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with supply chain, material handling, and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials and finished products.
Receive all shipments electronically into the ERP system.
Examine incoming materials to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met.
Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and confirm accuracy of received items.
Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control tasks.
Support warehouse operations, including safe material handling and organization.
Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.
