Allied Printing Services, Inc. is seeking a driven Receiving Clerk to be the first critical step in our printing process. In this fast-paced manufacturing role, you'll receive and verify incoming materials, operate a forklift, and ensure inventory is accurately staged to keep our pressroom, bindery, mailroom, large format, hand bindery departments running efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a long-term career with growth potential in a stable, industry-leading print operation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or receiving experience.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count, sort, and verify materials.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing is required.
  • Walking 50% | Standing 50%. Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying 50 lbs. and more.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the workday and safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect daily inbound deliveries from vendors and customers.
  • Verify shipment quantities and contents against packing slips and documentation.
  • Safely transport receivables using a forklift and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Store, organize, and distribute raw materials and finished products as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, clerical documentation, and delivery logs.
  • Pull press schedules and distribute materials to the pressroom.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
