About The Position

Pentair is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join their Manitowoc, WI team. This role is crucial for verifying inbound shipments, including raw materials, indirect, and MRO items, at the Manitowoc facility. The position involves direct interaction with truck drivers to ensure the accuracy of shipment documentation and labeling. Additionally, the Receiving Clerk will assist with auditing export shipments to confirm correct labels, markings, and country-of-origin information. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Accurately read, count, weigh and measure
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Regularly lift 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds and have the ability to use lift equipment

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of previous warehouse receiving and warehouse experience
• ERP system experience
• Oracle experience

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, raw materials, indirect & MRO, etc.
• Directly interact with truck and parcel delivery drivers
• Verifying accuracy of shipment documentation and labeling
• Assist in auditing export shipments for accuracy of labels, markings, origins, etc.
• Participate in the Safety Management Program
• Interact with Inside Sales regarding customer shipments
• Maintain freight compliance in unloading materials to ensure conformance to standards
