The Receiving Clerk supports daily operations by processing and tracking incoming waste shipments. This role focuses on reviewing and entering manifest data, ensuring regulatory accuracy, maintaining organized records, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in a safety‑focused environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Comfortable using computers and technology.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

Review and enter waste manifest data; verify DOT and RCRA information
Prepare labels, manage shipment records, and upload documents to internal and EPA E‑Manifest systems
Coordinate with Customer Service, handle bulk load paperwork, and prepare rejection documents when needed
Maintain organized files, distribute signed manifests, and complete other assigned duties
