Tracks and prepares incoming paperwork, posts receipts to the computer system, organizespaperwork, and maintains records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enter trailer receipts (TU’s) into a computer system. Verifies that order information is correct. Enters information into appropriate computer systems (customers and PPS’s). Assembles orders. Prints labels when needed. Answers telephone and provides information/assistance to the caller. Tracks grief information. Photocopies paperwork when needed. Prepares and processes other customer orders as specified. Regularly monitors incoming emails. Contacts customers when there are issues with paperwork with the shipment. Other duties as assigned. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Compiles and enters data into spreadsheets. Helps on the receiving floor when needed. Strength Demands: Light lifting of boxes. Work Conditions: Willing to work 40 hours per week. Office and production floor.
