About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Receiving Clerk for our plant in Arlington, TX. Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday - Friday Pay: $15 - $18 DOE

Requirements

Able to safely operate a forklift to load/unload/store/dispose and move materials around warehouse.
Knowledge of checking packing slips to receive correct merchandise.
Knowledge of general warehouse tools (electric/manual pallet jack).
Ability to follow directions.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Great organizational skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn warehouse floor plan to place items in correct location.

Responsibilities

Must be computer savvy and willing to learn in-house programs and systems
Check off forklift inspection to ensure it is in good running condition.
Check paper supply for all press machines, making sure they have enough supplies on the floor.
Maintain safe and clean area around the storing racks and entire warehouse, ensuring there aren’t empty pallets.
Receive and unload material from the delivery truck and ensure packing slip matches the materials being delivered.
Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
