About The Position

This position will assist the team to achieve all financial goals and objectives and meet established service standards for receiving, inspecting and recording deliveries of inventory products and operating supplies.

Good at calculating mathematical values
Detail-oriented
Ability to maintain accurate records
Good communication and organizational skills
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance
Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive tasks such as receiving, sorting, stocking, and data entry
Must be able to read invoices and other product information clearly
Must be able to perform job duties in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual handling of products

Responsibilities

Receive all assigned deliveries accurately and professionally
Verify delivered items against purchase orders in Craftable purchasing System.
Inspect shipments for correct quantity, quality, temperature, and overall condition
Report shortages, overages, damaged goods, or incorrect items immediately
Properly store and put away food items in designated storage areas
Properly store and organize beverage items in designated beverage storage areas
Issue beverage products to the appropriate departments or managers as needed
Upload and enter invoices and receiving documentation into Craftable in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy for food and beverage and other inventory items, performing inventory accounts as needed
Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support departmental and operational needs.
