About The Position

Cascade Coffee is a top manufacturer of roasted, flavored, and packaged coffee in the Pacific Northwest. For nearly 50 years, we've supported some of the biggest names in the coffee industry. We operate out of a 150,000-square-foot facility with over 2 million pounds of storage and a roasting capacity of 50 million pounds per year. Position: Receiving Clerk (1st Shift) This is a full-time Receiving role. You'll work with deliveries from the moment they arrive. You'll check in drivers, label incoming materials, and unload incoming materials and greens trucks. You'll be in constant contact with the Receiving Lead to shift quickly to the most important task and keep things moving. This is a forklift-heavy role - you'll be operating equipment 90% of the shift.

Requirements

• Current forklift experience or certification
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a loud, dusty warehouse
• Clear communication and task-switching ability
• Be dependable and on time
• Stay organized and focused during peak receiving hours
• Communicate clearly with drivers and warehouse teammates

Responsibilities

• Check in delivery drivers and complete receiving paperwork
• Inspect shipments and label materials with tags or license plates
• Unload trailers, including greens trucks and material deliveries
• Use a scanner or computer system to log incoming products
• Work closely with the Receiving Lead to adjust priorities as needed
• Keep the receiving area organized, clean, and safe
• Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures
