About The Position

The Receiving Center CSA Supervisor at CYFD is responsible for overseeing a unit of Client Service Agents who provide essential support services to children and youth in the Receiving Center. This role involves direct supervision, staff development, and ensuring timely completion of assignments while adhering to policies and procedures. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in work schedules, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Social Sciences or Human Services.
• Two years of experience as a social worker or community coordinator and/or social worker assistant.
• Valid driver's license and completion of a defensive driving training course within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of Client Service Agents in the CYFD SCI/Receiving Center to ensure timely completion of assignments and responsibilities.
• Assign and review the work of Client Service Agents in coordination with the Assistant Regional Manager.
• Schedule case reviews with workers and report back to the manager on a monthly basis, adhering to the chain of command and policies.
• Promote staff development through role-modeling, leadership, and support in skill-building and program development.
