About The Position

Join Our Team as a Receiving Attendant at Legends Bay Casino! Looking for a role that keeps you moving and connected with different departments but without the scale of a huge warehouse? Our Receiver position is all about teamwork, accuracy, and making sure the right items get where they need to go to keep the casino running smoothly. You’ll work side by side with our Purchasing Department and support stocking, shipping, and receiving for the property. This is a hands-on role where you’ll: Receive deliveries, check for accuracy, and verify counts. Deliver items and packages to departments across the property. Stock coolers, freezers, walk-ins, and storage areas while keeping everything organized and rotated. Assist with paperwork and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies right away. Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions. Keep your workspace safe, clean, and efficient. What We’re Looking For: Someone reliable and detail-oriented with a good eye for accuracy. Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments. A team player who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Physically able to move and stock items safely. This is not a large warehouse position, it’s a more personal, property-based stocking and receiving role where you’ll get to know our team and make a real impact every day. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Be able to work with frequent hand truck and pallet jack movement of products.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. continuously.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
  • Any operation of a motorized company vehicle(s) or equipment will require a DMV printout and will be requested at the time of submission of application for company insurance purposes.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks before assigned.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a shipping, receiving and/or purchasing role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of operating functions of a forklift and other receiving equipment is a plus.
