The Receiver is responsible for monitoring and managing inbound shipments for both consumer and business-to-business transactions. Serving as a critical part of our value chain, the Warehouse Receiver plays an essential role in ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience using a warehouse management system
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Camera knowledge a plus
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Use of ladders and material handling equipment may be required.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including variable temperatures

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Camera knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Check delivered shipments for damage or discrepancies
  • Compare received items to packing slip to verify accuracy and report any discrepancies found
  • Help to ensure all consumer deals are received within 24 hours of delivery
  • Maintain 5S organization for receiving area
  • Other duties as assigned by receiving lead and/or operations manager
