About The Position
JARS Cannabis is seeking a Receiving Associate to support our high-volume operations by ensuring that all incoming shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This role plays an essential part in maintaining smooth inventory flow and supporting our store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services
Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect products upon delivery for accuracy and quality
- Verify shipments against documentation and report any discrepancies
- Properly label and store products in designated areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving environment
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product distribution
