About The Position

Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com To ensure that goods and materials are received in timely and correctly. This includes receiving of goods into TTM and distributing to respective areas. Scanning and indexing of receipts for accounting processes and future reference. Transfer of goods and materials to factory, transfer of RMA return packages and transfer of accounting papers between buildings. This position also will be provide coverage and support for the Assembly Stock Room as needed. Schedule hours 10 AM - 6:30 PM with some flexibility needed.

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic math and adding tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and computer hardware such as scanners and printers
  • Ability to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English
  • Ability to understand and follow posted procedures
  • Understand and follow all safety codes
  • Ability to handle boards and material with care
  • Must be able to read at a distance from 1 to 2 ft, #8-9 font
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs; over 50 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to work on feet for entire shift
  • Maintain a fast pace with a lot of physical movement
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years related work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receiving experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Verify incoming goods against the packing slip.
  • Scan packing slips into the correct index location.
  • Scan material certifications into the correct index location.
  • Put shipping supplies and packaging materials on shelves.
  • May provide courier service between the two buildings for production
  • Assists with inventory control procedures such as cycle counts and other inventory activities
  • Handle hazardous materials as outlined in departmental work instructions
