About The Position

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Receiving Associate for a manufacturing and packaging warehouse located in Kennesaw! Qualifications for Receiving Associates: After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: At least two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment and in compounding is preferred. Sitdown or Stand Up Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience is required. Must have the ability to timely and accurately complete work. Willingness to work overtime as necessary. Must be aware and capable of performing the physical requirements of the position to include standing all day, bending consistently, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check. Assignment Duties for Receiving Associates : Wash, sanitize, and set up all necessary manufacturing equipment. Properly operate processing equipment. Adjust the speed of the mixer when necessary. Draw a sample of product and take sample to lab to be tested. Initial batch sheets and sign tank cards to verify that the formulas/procedures were followed. Identify incorrect prepared batches and inform supervisor immediately. Keep compounding area clean at all times. All other duties as assigned by management. Shift Details : Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM Pay Rate : $18.00/hour Benefits : Full time.
