About The Position

Maintaining the Dock floors clean and free of trash by operating electrically powered equipment and compactors. Assist as needed with other receiving responsibilities.

Requirements

Warehouse experience is a plus.
Organization skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and other personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 25 - 40 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Pallet jack certification
Able to grasp with hands.
Reach with hands and arms.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Unload and transport materials.
Stocks materials on shelves
Clean and wash dock floors including outside bay area.
Responsible for gathering and disposing of trash and recycle bins.
Reports any repairs needed that affects the receiving areas immediately to Manager.
Handle materials and equipment with care and in a safe manner.
Follow lifting techniques.
Maintains assigned equipment in a good working condition.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends (when required)
Good attendance is a must.
Assist with daily receiving duties such as FIFO of product and materials.
Other duties as assigned.
